Accounts

During onboarding, impact.com creates a brand account for your company. The Company Information endpoint contains metadata about your company, such as the name, your website, individual contacts, and more. You can use this endpoint to retrieve current information about your company or update it with new information. The Legal Entities endpoint contains information specific to any legal entities associated with your accounts.

If you need to create a new account or close your existing impact.com brand account, reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or submit a support ticket.
