# Accounts

During onboarding, impact.com creates a *brand account* for your company. The [Company Information](broken://pages/47c546c2cf3edfe49cc1b8ef5b49638a2e307860) endpoint contains metadata about your company, such as the name, your website, individual contacts, and more. You can use this endpoint to retrieve current information about your company or update it with new information. The [Legal Entities](broken://pages/ea5139326bdfa6cbab90116f5e15157c5a0ecd3f) endpoint contains information specific to any legal entities associated with your accounts.
