General Exception Lists

A general exception list groups values associated with an attribute of a conversion, like customer city or referral ID, so you can apply a single payout rule to all of them at once, instead of building a separate rule for each value. With this endpoint, you can view, create, update, add values to, and remove values from your general exception lists.
