[v14] Change to the Catalogs Endpoint

On 16 September 2024, the Currency and ServiceAreas fields were added to the following partner endpoints:
/Catalogs— List catalogs/Catalogs/<CatalogId>— Retrieve a catalog
The field descriptions were also added to the reference doc The catalog object.
