WooCommerce Integration

This self-serve guide allows you to integrate with WooCommerce in the simplest manner. You can view details for the more detailed WooCommerce integration guide here.

Follow the steps below to integrate impact.com with your WooCommerce store.

Install impact.com in WooCommerce

1. In your WooCommerce dashboard, expand the left navigation menu and select Plugins → Add New.

1. Use the search box in the upper right corner to search for Impact Partnership Cloud. Verify you've found the correct plugin (see the screenshot below) and select Install Now.

1. After the plugin installs, select Activate.

1. Select Impact settings.

1. Provide WooCommerce API access to the platform. Select here in the second sentence to do so.

1. Navigate to the bottom of the landing page to Already have an impact.com account? and select Set up your integration.

1. Review the access request from impact.com, then select Approve.

1. Add your impact.com account information in the relevant fields:

Your impact.com account values appear in the table below — use these exactly in WooCommerce:

Account Data	Description
Impact Account SID	In the impact.com platform, from the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings → API and copy your Account SID.
Auth Token	In the impact.com platform, from the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings → API and copy your Auth Token.
Program ID	Enter your Program ID value. To find this value, select your brand name in the top-left corner of the impact.com app. Your Program ID is the numerical value under the program name.
Event Type ID	In the impact.com platform, from the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings → Event Types. Copy the number in parenthesis next to the name of the event type.
Universal Tracking Tag	From the top navigation bar, select [User profile] → Settings → General. Paste your entire unique UTT code into this field.

1. Select Save Changes. Your impact.com account is now integrated with your WooCommerce account.
2. Return to your Onboarding checklist in impact.com and check off Connect your WooCommerce Account. Proceed with the rest of the checklist steps.
